Fun and open class for all families to join and fly! We'll be playing with elements of yoga, acroyoga and thai massage. An opportunity to integrate the whole family into the practice and take games and tools to continue playing back home.

Train your POP-eye

Train and play to become the Popeye of popping and get both precision and power in your acroyoga popping practice. The workshop is open for all levels, but we will make sure to present content that will get even the most experienced acroyogies challenged.

“get high with your friends” this class is designed to turn your world upside down. We work on shoulderstand variations with double-bases, so even as a small flyer you get to base!With the support of the team we will progressively take it higher and eventually all the way to standing! No prerequisits for this workshop, we have a variation for all of you!

Acroyogic flights with stopover – pass the flyer and other adventures

In this AcroYoga workshop with Almuth from Berlin & Konstantinos from Thessaloniki we´ll combine german precision & greek passion to explore the joy of practicing not only with a partner or trio but also a bigger community.
We´ll play with funny pyramids and passing one flyer from base to base with variations and inspirations for all levels - beginners to intermediate.
Join us to play, laugh & sweat with grace.

Roll-Ups and other ways from the ground to standing! In this class we will explore different ways and entries to roll-ups, which are a fun way to get from L-basing to standing. Our goal is to have fun, so come prepared to turn you world upside down. Variations for all levels will be available :)

Join Jai Uttal and Jason Nemer for an exciting day of Bhakti and AcroYoga. Bhakti is the practice of calling to God and celebrating His/Her presence. Be it in community or in solitude, chanting the Holy Names uplifts and elevates our divine energy and the energy of those around us. AcroYoga is a blissful and invigorating physical way to do the same thing. Imagine the sensation of soaring through the air, supported by the feet of your friend, while singing an ecstatic song from ancient India. In this day-long workshop we will, through different mantras and partner practices, lift each other up and out of our normal reality into a realm of joy and prayer. This is an all levels workshop that will be designed to open you to your divinity and the spirit that is dancing within us all.
