AcroYoga is a blissful and invigorating physical way to do the same thing. Imagine the sensation of soaring through the air, supported by the feet of your friend, while singing an ecstatic song from ancient India. In this day-long workshop we will, through different mantras and partner practices, lift each other up and out of our normal reality into a realm of joy and prayer. This is an all levels workshop that will be designed to open you to your divinity and the spirit that is dancing within us all.
